Kaliyoga is a yoga and wellbeing centre set amidst olive groves in the sun-filled Andalusian mountains of Spain.
Specialising in Yoga and Detox Retreats, guests rave about vegetarian meals, yoga instruction, stunning mountain landscape and personal attention given.

Kaliyoga recognizes that the process of change and overcoming resistance to live differently can be challenging. Hosts Rosie and Jonathan aim to make this process easy by combining relaxation and wellness options to suit everyone with yoga retreat holidays, juice-fasting detox retreats, superfood and raw cuisine courses.

Guests can choose from 3 night Weekend Retreat (Thurs-Sunday €499pp all places); 6 night Dynamic Yoga Retreat (Sunday-Saturday from €720-€870); 6 day Juice Fasting Detox Retreats (€1250-€1400) or 6 day Superfood Detox Lite Retreats (€945-€1040).
Retreat prices vary depending choice of accommodation while yoga classes are tailored to meet the needs of beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
Retreat fees include gourmet vegetarian (or elixir juices on fasting retreats), comfortable accommodation (mostly shared), and dynamic yoga/ meditation classes. During free time guests have inspiring wellness options including sessions with their holistic therapists; raw chocolate, flamenco and ecstatic dance workshops; and hiking, beach and horse ride excursions.

From the terraced yoga shala the scent of thyme greets guests every morning during the dynamic yoga class, and afternoon with a more restorative yoga or meditation class.
There is plenty of leisure time for guests to enjoy the hot tub, hydrotherapy hot spa and swimming pool.

The main house was rebuilt 20 years ago and incorporates some of the original buildings’ stones. It is cool and spacious with five bedrooms with ensuites for up to 10 guests and decorated with traditional touches. The retreat centre also has 2 single rooms and large tipi’s in the garden allowing up to 15 people to be comfortably accommodated in mostly shared occupancy.

Kaliyoga prides itself on it’s world class vegetarian cuisine using locally grown organic produce and are happy to advise guests on healthy eating with raw and super foods.
The dining terrace overlooks the Sierra Nevada Mountains and meals are served at a large table giving a communal family feeling. Guests can enjoy the availability of fruit and drinks outside of meal times.
